Waterborne Fluorinated Resin Series

Luxecolor® FC Series

Fluoropolymer water emulsions with high fluorine contents (59-61%) are supplied. Luxecolor® FC E4300 and FC E4600 forms flexible coating films at ambient temperature. Luxecolor® FC R4300, FC R4600 forms non-flexible coating films under ambient temperature. Those are single component high fluorine fluoropolymer emulsions. The procedure for forming coating films is very simple: coating the surfaces, let water to evaporate and obtain dry coating. The surfaces before coating should be clean and dry. If higher mechanical strength of the coating films are required, one can further heat the surfaces in oven. The temperature should be determined by tests and not exceeding 250º C for long period. The main application of both fluoropolymer emulsions is to produce protect coatings for resist chemical attack, such as chlorine, ozone, alkalis, alcohols, and etc.

MiracleCoat® F 500 Series

Fluoropolymers well known having outstanding performance, such as superior stability against UV exposure, weathering, chemicals, and microbes. Aqueous fluorocarbon resins not only preserve excellent properties, such as prominent durability, stain resistance, decoration, etc., but also achieve environmental harmony.

MiracleCoat® F500 series are single component waterborne latex by the copolymer latex of chlorotrifluoroethylene (CTFE) and acrylic monomers. It has very good weathering stability, excellent durability and stain resistance. MiracleCoat® F500-1 is used to make performance coatings, for example external coatings. MiracleCoat® F500-2 is preferred for interior and exterior coatings. MiracleCoat® F500-3 is a sealer for providing substrate surfaces that coordinate with the aqueous fluorocarbon top coatings.

MiracleCoat® F600 Series

MiracleCoat® F600 series are the waterborne latex of copolymers of CTFE, vinyl esters and functional acrylic monomers. The hydroxyl functional groups in F600 provide cure sites for crosslinking. F-600 resins can be cured with isocyanates to form fluorinated polyurethanes under ambient temperatures. They also can be cross-linked with amino-resin under reduced-temperature baking processes.
