TEMPERATURE PERFORMANCE of Functional Fluoropolymers

Fluonova Inc provides functional fluoropolymers for high temperature and low temperature applications.

LuxeColor® FA series functional fluoropolymers are designed for high and low temperature services. They form cross-linked amorphous perfluoropolymer coatings when baked under high temperature (250-300° C). The continuous service high-temperature is 200° C (392° F) and the continuous service low-temperature is -200° C.(-328° F). Temporary service high temperature is about 400-450° C (752-842° F) and must be tested by customer.. LuxeColor® FE Elastomeric fluoropolymer coating can operate between 185° C( 365° F) high temperature and -34° C(-29.2°F) low temperature without loss elasticity.

LuxeColor® FA series is ideal material for high temperature molding.

FA1000 form a bonded thin film on the metal surface under heating. It does not depends how much materials applied on the metal molder. It benefit the precise molding.
